Return & Exchange Policy

You have up to 60 days to return an item. As long as the item has been unused, we are happy to offer refunds.

Once we receive the returned items at PUREFIT STUDIO, we will be able to process a refund within 72 working hours, and will send you confirmation for the refund as well as the shipping label.

Please make sure to fill out the return request form down below with all of the required information in order to allow us to process your refund swiftly. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will resolve it right away.

Please note all returns are free, and a refund will be issued once we have received the item(s) and processed them.
