Refund policy
You have up to 30 days to return an item for a refund or store credit from the delivery date.
Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and will all tags and liners attached (if applicable).
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
For U.S. orders, there is typically a $6.00 return-shipping fee if you return by mail. The $6.00 fee is waived under certain conditions: if you select store credit rather than refund.
Once we receive the returned items at PUREFIT STUDIO, we will be able to process a refund within 72 working hours and will send you confirmation for the refund as well as the shipping label.
