Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into processing. Because of this:

 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we will do our best to stop shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • If your order cannot be canceled in time, you may follow our Return Policy once your item is delivered.

 

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

  • Pre-orders and custom items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Production begins immediately upon purchase to ensure timely delivery.

 

Holiday Sales, Promotions & Final Sale Items

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or marked as Final Sale:
    •  Cannot be canceled
    •  Cannot be refunded
    •  May be eligible for exchange or store credit only (if stated at time of purchase)

 

Address Errors & Order Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • If you contact us quickly, we will attempt to update the order, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
